You can either fill out and submit the reservation form or contact us through e-mail to make your reservation.

Once you have made your reservation, we will inform you of the availability of the trip the very next day. To confirm your reservation, you are then required to wire a deposit* of $300 to $500 (per person) as outlined below :

Cappadocia is payable after arrival in Turkey.

 

Most of the hotels, bus and yacht companies require advance payment for definite reservation and we have to make these payments to guarantee the best available ones. Also we have to purchase your domestic flight tickets quite far in advance.


Cancellation & Refunds

Sailing Trips (The Blue Journey,  Carian Odyssey,  Greek Islands - Sailing the Dodecanese)

The first deposit at the time of reservation directly goes to the yachting company and some hotels and it is nonrefundable.

For cancellation made more than 30 days prior to departure 90% of the second deposit will be refunded.

For cancellation within less than 30 day prior to departure, we refund the portion of the deposit that's not yet advanced to suppliers. This portion can be as much as 40% to 60%.

Bus Trips  (Ancient Turkey, Easternmost Turkey)

For cancellation made more than 30 days prior to departure 90% of the deposit will be refunded

* BALBIUS TRAVEL reserves the right to cancel any of the scheduled trips due to inadequate sign ups. In that case, if you have made an advance payment, you will be fully refunded.
